Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there were chemicals/cleaners accessible to the children in a lower storage cabinet and a mop with cleaning solution attached to in in a storage cabinet in the Wolves/Fox bathroom. WAC 110-300-0260(a)(b): At the time of the site visit the storage cabinet for the vacuum and mop with attached cleaning solution and the cabinet with chemicals/cleaners was not locked and did not have another method to make them inaccessible to the children.
